Responsibilities

• Checks in patients and ensures the admitting process is efficient and compliant with policies.
• Answers and directs phone calls appropriately.
• Schedules appointments according to office guidelines.
• Obtains accurate patient and insurance information and collects copays and deductibles.
• Copies/scans patient documents into the electronic medical record.
