Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and visitors; ensure efficient admitting process.
• Manage front desk responsibilities, patient flow and scheduling.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Obtain and verify patient and insurance information; collect copays and deductibles.
• Enter demographics and insurance data into the EHR.
• Copy/scan patient documents into the EMR.
