The Little Clinic is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support daily clinic operations under the supervision of a nurse practitioner/physician assistant. You will handle administrative tasks, perform EHR documentation, greet patients, manage waiting room flow, and assist with basic patient care.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment within a retail-healthcare setting.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Assist in maintaining a safe, survey-ready healthcare environment.
• Greet customers and patients in the front area.
• Clean and organize clinic space daily.
• Manage patient flow using scheduling and registration tools.
• Verify patient identity and collect payments.
• Enter patient data into the EHR.
• Respond to calls and support off-site events.
