Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Clinic Patient Care Rep to support patient flow and data collection in the clinic setting. The role covers front desk duties for the provider's office and may involve float pool assignments across units, including coverage during leaves or vacancies.

Under supervision of directors, you will assist with patient registration, scheduling, and information coordination, contributing to timely patient care and follow-up across sites.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant training - Preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days - required.

Responsibilities

• Greets and escorts patient to exam room.
• Interviews patient and documents responses in medical records.
• Maintains examination room and equipment.
• May assist provider during exams and procedures.
• Performs EKGs, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing as trained.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments; checks in/out; front office duties.
