Job summary

Mosaic Life Care in Missouri is seeking a Clinic Patient Care Representative to support patient flow and front desk operations in the provider's office. The role includes assisting with patient information gathering, registration, and coordinated care across units as needed.

The position requires a HS diploma, with CNA/MA training preferred, and experience in healthcare settings. BLS and travel between facilities are part of the role, with starting pay around $16.48 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• CNA or Medical Assistant training preferred.
• Experience in physician offices or healthcare settings preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to use EMR and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets and escorts patient to exam room.
• Interviews patient and documents responses in medical records.
• Maintains examination room and equipment.
• May assist provider during examination and certain procedures.
• Performs EKGs, specimen collection and point-of-care testing with training.
• Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments; checks in/out; assists with front office duties.
• Complete patient registration, medical record assignment, and visit creation.
