Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Clinic Patient Care Rep to support patient flow and information gathering in a clinic setting. The role includes front desk responsibilities, coordinating appointments, and assisting with basic clinical procedures under supervision. Candidates should have a HS Diploma; CNA/MA training is preferred.

BLS may be required within 90 days. Travel between facilities may be needed. Starting rate is $16.48 per hour.

Qualifications

• Front desk duties and patient flow support in clinic.
• Interviews patients and documents responses in medical records.
• Performs EKGs, specimen collection and point-of-care testing with training.
• Communicates with patients regarding appointments and insurance forms.

Responsibilities

• Greets and escorts patient to exam room.
• Interviews patient and documents responses in medical records.
• Maintains examination room and equipment.
• May assist provider during examination and procedures.
• Performs EKGs and specimen collection.
• Schedules, reschedules and cancels appointments; checks in/out patients.
• Complete patient registration and visit creation.
• Communicates appointment details and documentation needs.
