UCLA Health is seeking an Administrative Supervisor for the Primary & Specialty Care clinic at Porter Ranch, CA. The role leads the clinic staff, coordinates patient flow from registration to discharge, and ensures efficient outpatient operations and a positive patient experience.

The supervisor works closely with faculty and residents to support high-quality patient care and resident education, reporting to the Administrative Director or Manager. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm.
