The supervisor will lead and train staff, triage with physicians, and work with the Practice Manager to optimize workflows, staffing, and quality processes in a world‑class health system.

Qualifikationen

• California RN License required.
• BSN degree required; MSN if BSN not in Nursing.
• At least 3 years ambulatory clinical care experience; urgent care/ED preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership, calm demeanor, and team-building.
• BLS certification required; PALS/ACLS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on patient care in a clinical/urgent care setting.
• Supervise and train clinic nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians to manage patient care and triage messages.
• Coordinate with Practice Manager and Clinical Director to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan and adjust staffing to meet operational needs.
• Oversee Quality Assurance and audit processes and manage supplies.
