• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic medical billing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of staff supporting the Beverly Hills Wilshire Specialty Clinics.
• Interact with faculty and residents to maximize patient care, resident education, and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate and complete administrative functions to support patient flow from registration to discharge.
• Provide smooth outpatient flow ensuring optimal patient satisfaction and clinic operations.
