• Supervisory or team-lead experience in a clinical/administrative setting with ability to coach and support the team.
• Proficient in practice management systems and EMRs; experience with Athena One is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and front-office workflows.
• Support staff development, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal policies.
• Liaise between staff, providers, and leadership.
• Assist with facility maintenance and vendor management.
• Manage reception and patient interactions, ensuring courteous service.
• Handle petty cash and assist with insurance verification as needed.
• Drive process improvements using digital tools and automation.
• Foster collaboration and participation in meetings and quality initiatives.
