Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a medical setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Registers new patients in EMR with demographics and insurance details.
• Ensures availability of initial consultations, notes, lab slips, and reports for physicians.
• Greets patients, rooms them, takes vitals, and records assessments.
• Enters orders, e-prescriptions, and creates visit summaries.
• Schedules follow-ups and coordinates care with physicians and staff.
