Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Two years of experience in a physician's office or medical environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of non-physician staff to ensure productivity.
• Train, coach, evaluate, and schedule staff across offices.
• Oversee reception, scheduling, patient services, and records.
• Coordinate with physicians and maintain effective working relationships.
• Maintain office policies and procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Determine facilities and equipment needs and coordinate maintenance.
• Cover front and/or back office functions as needed.
• Navigate multiple software programs and support referral/authorization processes.
