Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• ABR, BLS, CMA/CCMA licenses as listed in job posting.
• 5 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical office staff to maintain workflow and schedules.
• Arrange for availability of medical records needed for services.
• Hire, train, evaluate staff and make salary recommendations.
• Maintain office procedure manuals and current job descriptions.
• Maintain backup transcription services for academic and research needs.
• Liaise between providers, patients and clerical staff.
• Ensure patient examination areas are staffed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
