Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient flow and adjust staffing to meet demand.
• Develop and enforce standard processes for front desk, scheduling, and patient care staff.
• Review scheduling utilization, waitlists, and referrals to optimize patient access.
• Act as patient advocate, address complaints and coordinate with leadership.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to patient rights policies.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training.
