Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Physician Practice Management experience required (2 years).
• No specific certification or professional license required.
• Strong leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs clinical office activities and oversees clerical, medical assistant and nursing staff.
• Coordinate schedules, workflows, policies, and staff development.
• Oversee payroll, time reporting, and personnel processes.
• Ensure EPIC/Allscripts and billing processes are compliant and efficient.
• Prepare monthly financial and clinical reports and liaison with hospitals.
