Responsibilities

• Represent the clinic to the community in a consistently positive and effective manner.
• Oversee clinic operations including supply management, referrals, budgets, and paperwork to comply with guidelines.
• Orient and assure compliance of nursing staff to clinic operations, EMR, CLIA testing, and immunization protocols.
• Monitor clinic flow and assist providers with on-time performance and productivity goals.
• Manage and evaluate nursing staff and patient advocates and assist with hiring for direct reports.
• Track timesheets, scheduling, and leave types in accordance with policies.
• Oversee staff to comply with VFC program and CLIA waiver.
• Cover staff absences as allowed by licensure.
• Perform other related work as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and participation in problem solving.
• Maintain patient-centered, caring disposition.
• Understand scope of practice for nursing disciplines.
• Organize and prioritize work to improve patient flow.
• Assist in orientation and education of new nursing employees.
• Utilize Performance Improvement processes to identify center needs.
