Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse required.
• Experience leading a clinical support team is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent the clinic to the community in a positive and effective manner.
• Oversee clinic operations, including supply management, referrals, policy and procedures, budgets, and necessary paperwork to comply with insurance and reimbursement guidelines.
• Orient and ensure compliance of nursing personnel with EMR, CLIA testing, lab procedures, immunization protocols, and related policies; maintain training documentation.
• Monitor clinic flow and assist providers, nurses or patient advocates with maintaining on-time patient care and productivity targets.
• Manage, support, and evaluate nursing staff and patient advocates; assess staffing needs and assist with hiring for direct report positions.
• Track timesheets, scheduling, and coordination of leave types per policies.
