AllianceHealth Atoka Clinic is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, lead clinical and administrative staff, and drive efficient, compliant care delivery in Atoka, OK. This onsite role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The Manager I, Clinics will coordinate services, monitor workflows, manage budgets, and uphold regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service to patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or four+ years of direct experience in lieu of degree.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations to ensure productive workflows.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates clinical and administrative staff, including physicians and nurses.
• Manages accounts receivable/payable and ensures timely invoice payments.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and proper medical records handling.
• Implements policies, monitors quality and drives improvements.
• Maintains staffing, budgeting, and vendor contracts.
• Ensures patient care quality and operational success.
