Community Health Systems is seeking a Supervisor, Clinics to oversee daily operations across one or more clinics, ensuring efficient patient care and staff leadership. You will supervise clinical teams, monitor adherence to policies, and drive service improvements within regulated standards.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a clinic or clinics and supervise staff.
• Ensure adherence to policies, patient flow, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with management to improve service delivery and care quality.
• Manage scheduling, registration, check-in/check-out, and other admin duties.
• Maintain accurate patient information in systems and ensure compliance with clinic policies.
• Provide administrative support to clinic leadership and assist with projects and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
