Aria Community Health Center is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to oversee daily clinic operations across multiple sites. You will manage front desk workflows, patient registration, billing accuracy, and supplies, while supporting staff and providers to deliver high-quality care.

The role emphasizes staff coaching, team coordination, and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards, with opportunities to lead quality initiatives and audits in a busy FQHC setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or clinic setting.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk, scheduling, patient registration, and overall clinic flow.
• Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and records management.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering and restocking supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff; provide real-time coaching.
• Lead daily huddles and weekly team check-ins; promote teamwork and accountability.
• Serve as liaison between providers and administrative staff; address patient concerns.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and ACHC policies; participate in audits.
• Review timecards, deposits, schedules, and billing reconciliation.
• Lead monthly team meetings and assist with performance improvement initiatives.
