ACHC seeks a Clinic Site Supervisor to lead a medical clinic team, coordinating daily workflows, supervising staff, and ensuring compliant operations. You will partner with the Site Manager to maintain high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities include coaching, onboarding, scheduling, and monitoring key performance metrics while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of healthcare compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead by example and foster an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow for the designated team to ensure timely, accurate duties.
• Provide coaching, onboarding, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate workflow changes and priorities.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HRSA, OSHA, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor deposits, schedules, and team meeting cadence.
