You will coordinate with providers, manage schedules and recordkeeping, and drive quality improvements while maintaining patient safety and excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Must have CMA certification and MA training completion; CPR/AED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinical and non-clinical staff; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Oversee scheduling, billing, and records scanning to optimize patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including ADA, FMLA, and Workers’ Comp.
• Manage department budgets, supply inventory, and expenditure tracking.
• Coordinate with providers and departments to maintain a safe, efficient clinic environment.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Promote teamwork and communication across units to improve service delivery.
