• Collaborates with administrative leadership to optimize practice performance and patient satisfaction.
• Supervises revenue cycle activities, billing processes, and business office functions to support financial goals.
• Recruits, trains, and coaches business office staff; supports onboarding of new clinic managers and fosters teamwork.
• Prepares operational reports, analyzes performance metrics, and presents findings to leadership to drive improvements.
• Ensures HIPAA and regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and adherence to billing and registration guidelines.
• Addresses escalated patient concerns related to billing, insurance, and service delivery; supports ongoing process improvement.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
