Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations, supervise multidisciplinary staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will promote effective communication, set performance goals, mentor team members, and monitor workflow to meet policies and HIPAA standards.

You will oversee access, scheduling, insurance verification, billing compliance, and revenue cycle activities while supporting budgeting and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Health Care Administration, Allied Health, or related field.
• Experience: 5 years of responsible administrative experience in patient care environment to include 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Master's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises staff to achieve institutionally determined standards and promote effective communication with staff, physicians and patients.
• Maintains high level of customer service by coaching staff and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
• Directs operational processes including access to care, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing compliance to ensure excellent patient care and HIPAA compliance.
• Monitors clinical processes including nursing practice and compliance with Joint Commission standards.
• Ensures financial performance by overseeing budget, accounting practices, and collections.
