Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking an Outpatient Services Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the outpatient clinic, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will handle scheduling, documentation, and coordination with clinic staff and leadership, perform a variety of duties, and support performance improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred), 1–2 years in healthcare admin,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in behavioral health, business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of office-based administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or outpatient clinics.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, insurance verification, or medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of administrative and operational duties for the outpatient facility.
• Facilitates communication between the Director of Outpatient Services, clinic staff, and management.
• Supports routine administrative projects and initiatives for the Director of Outpatient Services.
• Provides follow-up on assignments given to staff by the Director of Outpatient Services or leadership.
• Performs specialized and complex administrative work requiring independent judgment.
• Completes assignments accurately and timely within procedures.
• Contributes to Performance Improvement initiatives as requested.
