PAM Health, based in Enola, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Outpatient Coordinator (OP) to manage referrals and coordinate all outpatient services. You will lead support for hospital-based or freestanding clinics and influence scheduling, staffing, and performance management decisions as needed.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with business or technical training preferred and strong medical terminology. The position offers growth opportunities and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains referral management and coordinates all outpatient services.
• Serves as lead support person for hospital-based and/or freestanding outpatient clinic.
• Makes recommendations to management regarding scheduling, hiring and performance management of clerical staff, where applicable.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
