Responsibilities

• Performs a wide variety of administrative and operational duties for the daily operation of the outpatient facility, including patient-facing activities.
• Facilitates communication between the Director of Outpatient Services, clinic staff, and management.
• Supports routine administrative projects for the Director, including research and analysis as needed.
• Provides follow-up on assignments given to staff by the Director or leadership.
• Performs specialized administrative work requiring independent judgment.
• Completes assignments accurately and timely within guidelines.
• Contributes to Performance Improvement initiatives as requested.
• Performs other related duties as assigned, including operational or patient-facing responsibilities.
