The role focuses on optimizing provider schedules, patient flow, and quality metrics while maintaining OSHA, HIPAA, and CLIA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Public Administration with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• BLS Certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and provider scheduling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA) and safety drills.
• Manage billing, collections, and expenses in Oracle.
• Monitor quality dashboards (HEDIS, CAHPS) and patient experience.
• Oversee patient flow and front desk operations, onboarding.
• Drive value-based care initiatives and collaboration with regional leaders.
• Lead staff development and performance reviews.
