Job summary

Cano Health LLC is seeking a Health Center Manager to lead daily clinic operations, optimize provider schedules, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in Sun City, FL. The role spans clinical, administrative, and financial functions to support value-based care goals.

You will supervise EMR workflows, billing processes, safety protocols, and patient engagement while collaborating with regional leadership to improve care delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage clinic operations and lead diverse teams.
• Experience optimizing provider schedules, patient flow, and care gaps.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and emergency readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations, oversee clinical and administrative workflows, and ensure safety and quality.
• Reconcile daily collections, close billing days, manage expenses in Oracle, and monitor financial controls.
• Oversee patient experience, front desk operations, onboarding, and portal use to improve satisfaction.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Drive value-based care strategy with care teams and regional leaders; analyze performance trends.
• Collaborate with Growth and HR to support patient retention and staffing needs.
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, PTO, and staff development; conduct regular reviews.
