Job summary

Cano Health LLC is seeking a Health Center Manager to lead the daily operations of a Tampa clinic, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You will supervise clinical, administrative, and financial functions, align performance with VBC metrics, and champion regulatory compliance and safety.

The role emphasizes team leadership, staff development, and collaboration with regional leaders to optimize clinical and financial outcomes while improving the patient experience across the center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 5+ years of healthcare or similar service experience.
• Associate Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Public Administration with 2+ years of experience.
• BLS Certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow, ensuring efficiency and quality care.
• Lead regulatory compliance programs including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control.
• Manage billing, scheduling, and room availability to optimize clinic performance.
• Drive value-based care goals and monitor quality dashboards (HEDIS, STAR, CAHPS).
• Support patient experience, onboarding, portal use, and retention initiatives.
