Qualifications

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staffing.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA compliance across the center.
• Manage billing, expenses, and revenue flow including reconciliations.
• Lead patient experience initiatives and retention efforts.
• Drive value-based care (VBC) performance and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to align center goals.

Responsibilities

• Clinical & Operational Oversight: optimize provider schedules, patient flow, and safe care delivery.
• Administrative & Financial Management: manage cash, billing days, expenses, and petty cash.
• Compliance, Safety & Quality: maintain compliance programs and incident reporting; readiness for drills.
• Patient Experience & Retention: streamline check-in/out and onboarding; resolve complaints.
• Value-Based Care & Strategic Initiatives: analyze trends and support VBC goals; drive process improvements.
• Community Engagement & Growth: support clinic tours, patient onboarding, and social determinants of health coordination.
