HCA Healthcare seeks a Non-Licensed Clinic Manager to oversee our practice, providing leadership to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care. The role involves establishing goals, supervising staff, and coordinating clinical operations while maintaining strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

You will work with medical staff to ensure service quality, participate in professional development, and help manage budgets, billing, and space planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized training facility for medical assistants; course-work in health care office management preferred.
• Minimum two years in a medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting.
• One year of supervisory experience in a medical office, acute care, or outpatient setting required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the clinical areas.
• Develops and implements clinical plans.
• Selects, trains and supervises department personnel; assigns work and manages daily operations.
• Evaluates performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Resolves problems and ensures compliance with regulations and standards.
