You will handle check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and collaboration with care teams while maintaining efficient front-desk processes and data integrity. This full-time position offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical or dental office experience (Required).
• 1 year of administrative assistant or receptionist experience (Preferred).
• 1 year of Open Dental experience (Preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in and check-out and manage calls.
• Schedule appointments to optimize satisfaction and resource use.
• Independently verify treatment planning and benefits.
• Create and verify patient records; organize charts for examinations.
• Maintain the reception area and manage mail and emails.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Human Resources, Operations and RCM teams.
• Perform closing procedures at day end, including deposits.
