Job summary

Meridian Health Services in Anderson, IN is seeking a Practice Manager to lead behavioral health operations and administrative functions at the Anderson location. The role includes planning, organizing workflow, directing activities, and promoting the practice within Meridian and the medical community.

The Practice Manager will oversee staff, payroll, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a patient-centered environment and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Management, Business Management, or Health Care related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with a strong management background; 5 years preferred.
• CPPM, MGMA, or CAPPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice location(s).
• Provide and/or facilitate office and support staff functions.
• Assist with the administration of Meridian policies and procedures at the practice level.
• Assist in the development of policy and procedures to improve patient care and utilization of clinical resources.
• Maintain providers daily schedules to meet productivity levels.
• Regularly review productivity standards and make staffing adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate with Operations Coordinators for staff compliance and treatment plans.
