Job summary

Complete Health Partners is seeking a manager to continue patient care while expanding responsibilities to support clinic operations. The role is a 40 hour per week position with limited overtime and potential for additional duties as needed.

The responsibilities include supervising daily procedures, ensuring inventory accuracy, and guiding front desk operations while maintaining a positive patient flow and professional handling of disputes.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• X-ray Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies daily open/close procedures are completed.
• Confirms deliveries match packing slips and documents discrepancies.
• Follows up on daily voicemails, providing resolution or escalates as needed.
• Support front office operations as needed.
• Conducts weekly facility walk-throughs annotating deficiencies.
• Conducts monthly safety walk-throughs annotating deficiencies related to signage, fire, AED, exit signs and alarms.
• Assist with staff training (MA & FD PQR).
• Assist with supply chain by taking lead in inventory management and submitting orders for approval.
