Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of the on-site clinic.
• Verify time sheets and approve before payroll deadlines.
• Address patient needs, monitor feedback, and resolve complaints and service issues.
• Monitor patient throughput, wait times, and satisfaction; drive improvement projects.
• Coordinate clinical services including patient access, scheduling, EMR, and supply management.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Provide on-site support to patients, staff, and providers and train new team members.
• Maintain office facilities and equipment.
