One to One Health seeks a part-time Practice Manager to supervise the onsite employee health clinic in Anderson, IN. You will manage daily scheduling, training, and patient service, ensuring HIPAA compliance and a patient-first environment.

The role emphasizes coordinating clinical services, maintaining EMR accuracy, and driving service improvements across multiple sites while communicating effectively with management and staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Two years of medical office experience is required.
• Willing to travel between multiple sites.
• Active LPN or RN license preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of the on-site clinic.
• Verify time sheets and approve before payroll deadlines.
• Address patient needs, monitor feedback, and resolve complaints and service issues.
• Monitor patient throughput, wait times, and satisfaction; drive improvement projects.
• Coordinate clinical services including patient access, scheduling, EMR, and supply management.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
• Provide on-site support to patients, staff, and providers and train new team members.
• Maintain office facilities and equipment.
