Indiana University Health seeks a Clinic Manager for Primary Care to lead operations, develop teams, and improve health outcomes. The role reports to the Practice Administrator and supports 17 direct reports in a fully onsite, Monday–Friday day shift.

Candidates may hold RN licenses and should have prior primary care leadership experience, strong project management, and a focus on service excellence across physician and staff teams within Indiana's largest health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 4-6 years of relevant leadership/healthcare operations experience.
• Knowledge in business applications and systems.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to lead multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversees day-to-day supervision in assigned patient services areas.
• Manages financial performance and facility adequacy for their areas.
• Maintains optimal communication between staff, physicians and administration.
• Plans, directs, and executes operational initiatives.
• Ensures service delivery meets customer needs and expectations.
