FMOL Health is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee a single primary care site, focusing on physician and staff relationships, patient service, and financial management.

You will coordinate administrative policies, physician preferences, and patient needs, ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to budgets. The role involves leading front and back office teams, scheduling, billing, and reporting while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years healthcare operations experience with 2 years in management.
• High school diploma or equivalent (as stated).

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise front and back office staff; weekly staff meetings.
• Coordinate personnel actions including interviews, appraisals, and records and payroll reports.
• Oversee daily operations and budget for staffing, supplies and costs.
• Manage billing, collections and contracts compliance to maximize reimbursements.
• Maintain strong patient service mindset and open communication with hospital departments and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding to support reimbursement.
