Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is a BCBA-owned ABA organization seeking a Clinic Manager to lead administrative and operational efforts within the clinic. You will work closely with the Clinic Operations Director and senior leadership to optimize scheduling, EMR records, onboarding, and staff support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with families, staff, and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new operational software and procedures quickly.
• Empathy, teamwork, and open communication to support a healthy workplace.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinic Operations Director and leadership with admin tasks.
• Oversee and optimize daily clinic schedule for staffing and transitions.
• Track operational metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
• Ensure clinic operations comply with internal standards and procedures.
• Maintain complete EMR records for patients and employees.
• Manage office tasks: inventory, supplies, equipment distribution.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Assist with patient onboarding and information collection for admissions.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new hires.
• Provide treatment support during staff breaks and busy periods.
• Foster a positive, collaborative therapy environment for staff and clients.
• Build knowledge, leadership skills, and career development.
