Therapy & Beyond is a BCBA-owned ABA organization committed to collaborative, interdisciplinary care. The Assistant Clinic Manager will partner with the Clinic Operations Director to drive daily performance, scheduling, EMR accuracy, onboarding, and staff support, while occasionally providing clinical coverage as needed.

The role emphasizes operational excellence and a positive therapy environment, with opportunities to grow within leadership and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in administrative, healthcare, or operational roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily schedule and staffing levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the Clinic Operations Director and Home Office.
• Track operational metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
• Ensure EMR records are complete and accurate; manage timesheets.
• Direct office management tasks including inventory and supplies.
• Support onboarding and training schedules for staff and clinicians.
• Provide occasional in-session coverage as needed.
