Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is a BCBA-owned ABA organization focused on individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team. The Clinic Manager will support daily clinic performance, overseeing scheduling, EMR oversight, onboarding, and staff support to ensure operational excellence.

The role emphasizes maintaining compliance, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving continuous leadership development for the team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience highly desired in administrative/healthcare/operational roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with families, staff, and leadership.
• Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to Clinic Operations Director and Home Office.
• Oversee and optimize daily schedule to ensure appropriate staffing and smooth operations.
• Track operational metrics, compile reports, and keep leadership informed on key activity areas.
• Ensure clinic operations comply with internal standards and procedures.
• Maintain complete EMR records, including patient profiles and employee timesheets.
• Direct office management tasks: track inventory, order supplies, and distribute equipment.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness, safety, and functional organization.
• Support local client onboarding and gather patient information for admissions.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and training schedules.
• Provide treatments support during staff breaks and busy transitions.
• Foster a positive, collaborative therapy environment for staff and clients.
• Continuously build leadership capability and professional skills for career advancement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's in related field preferred
