Job summary

Direct-Orthopedic-Care is seeking a Practice Manager in Frisco, TX to lead daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality guest care and efficient service. You will supervise staff, optimize patient flow, and oversee revenue and expenses while maintaining a safe, compliant clinic aligned with DOC values.

You will partner with the Director of Operations to set goals, train teams, implement process improvements, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure EMR and billing protocols are followed

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a medical office setting.
• 1 year of experience supervising staff.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using an EHR system.
• BA/BS degree or long tenure as a medical clinic lead or manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, orient and train clinic team members to ensure policies and standards are followed.
• Develop and lead clinic goals and objectives with the Director of Operations.
• Implement improvements to clinic flow and processes in collaboration with the DO.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including performance and guest issues.
• Provide performance feedback and mentor potential promotable staff.
• Monitor guest flow, maintain safety, and coordinate with vendors for clinic upkeep.
• Maintain clinic inventories, schedules, and adherence to x-ray room guidelines.
• Collaborate with DO to roll out efficiencies across clinics.
