• Recruit, retain and develop staff; establish staffing schedules and manage costs.
• Initiate/process improvement activities to enhance clinical services and patient satisfaction.
• Establish objectives and metrics; prepare management reports on status and progress.
• Foster relationships across staff, physicians, community and patients to ensure quality care.
