Advocates seeks an ABA Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staffing, and coordinate with clinical teams. The role involves budgeting, program development, and direct therapy coverage as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and RBT credentials, plus at least two years of experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorders, and strong organizational and communication skills to engage with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and RBT credentials.
• Minimum two years of experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Expertise in staff interviewing, onboarding and training, as well as information, referral, and service brokering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for managing daily operations and engaging with families.
• Must pass background checks; valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for transport.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at the ABA Clinic.
• Focus on clinic efficiency, staffing, scheduling, and budget oversight.
• Participate in hiring, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding BTs, Lead BTs, RBTs, and BCBAs.
• Provide direct coverage for sessions as needed.
• Manage referrals and assign caseloads to BCBAs with the Clinical Director.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless operations and training.
• Develop clinic policies and programs including Social Skills Groups.
• Monitor budget, purchases, and revenue tracking.
