Step Forward ABA is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to ensure smooth clinic operations, support therapists, and elevate the experience for children and families. You will manage resources, schedules, and events while maintaining a welcoming environment and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes organization, problem solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced pediatric ABA setting, with opportunities for growth and collaborative teamwork within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating clinic operations and schedules in a health-care/therapy setting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with families, staff, and partner providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic resources, supplies, and equipment to keep a welcoming, child-centered environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and replacement of perishable items.
• Support clinical teams with day-to-day operational needs and workflow optimization.
• Review schedules and advise on intake, staffing, and scheduling improvements.
• Plan staff appreciation events and organize community outreach and partnerships.
