Responsibilities

• Manage clinic resources, supplies, and equipment to maintain a welcoming, professional, and child-centered environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, including repairs and replacement of perishable items.
• Support clinical teams by addressing day-to-day operational needs and promoting a seamless workflow.
• Review schedules to make recommendations on intake needs and staffing.
• Plan and organize staff appreciation activities and events.
• Support community outreach and partnerships, including job fairs and events.
