SkyCare ABA is hiring a Clinic Operations Manager to lead day-to-day clinic operations and partner with leadership. The role focuses on delivering an engaging therapy experience for students and families, and establishing a strong clinic brand that resonates with parents seeking ABA services.

You will oversee workflow, scheduling, inventory, reporting, and coordination with billing/authorization, while guiding staff and promoting excellent patient care in a hands-on environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in clinical office management is required.
• ABA/clinic management experience preferred.
• Two years of clinic management experience is preferred or required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day location activities and identify process improvements.
• Manage clinic workflow and communications, including phone and email.
• Greet families, visitors and staff and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Monitor staff schedules to keep full coverage and low no-shows.
• Support patient access and satisfaction; address complaints professionally.
• Oversee inventory within budget; ensure supplies for patient care.
• Prepare reports on billable percentages, cancellations and turnover.
• Coordinate new client intakes with billing and authorization.
