Job summary

Music City PrEP is seeking a Clinic Manager in Nashville, TN to oversee daily clinic operations, run all shifts efficiently, and supervise clinical staff. This role requires strong supervision, scheduling, and compliance with clinic policies.

Responsibilities include directing staff performance, coordinating patient appointments and lab results, ensuring HIPAA and safety compliance, and maintaining productive relationships with medical providers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the Clinic Navigator roles
• Completion of MCPC training programs and HR management training is required
• Proficiency with the listed clinical software and EMR systems is required

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, and evaluates clinical staff
• Manages patient scheduling and lab communications
• Ensures clinic protocols and policies are followed
• Keeps Director of Clinic Services informed of progress and issues
• Recruits, interviews, and hires staff for approved positions
• Plans staff training and enforces completion of required trainings
• Sets work schedules and approves time for staff
• Oversees clinic flow across shifts and covers for other roles when needed
• Maintains positive relationships with medical providers
• Performs other duties as assigned a may be changed by the company
