Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in ambulatory, physician practice, or community health settings.
• Demonstrated computer skills, with specific experience using an electronic health record software.
• Knowledge of privacy requirements of HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all patients receive the highest quality primary, preventive, integrated behavioral health care.
• Monitor clinic workflow during all operating hours.
• Provide regular performance feedback to Medical Assistants and Customer Service Representatives.

Education
