Job summary

Diversity Health is seeking a Clinic Manager in Nashville, TN to oversee daily clinic operations, manage shifts, and supervise clinical staff. The role requires ensuring efficient workflows, proper documentation, and compliance with policies.

You will coordinate training, staffing, and performance evaluations, and maintain strong relationships with providers. Responsibilities include EMR data input, lab result communication, and ensuring timely follow-up of patient matters.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of Clinic Navigator and understand duties of all clinical staff
• Proficient with MCPC software platforms including Athena, Google Drive, and scheduling/time-tracking tools

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the clinic and all shifts
• Directs, supervises, and evaluates clinical staff
• Inputs and retrieves patient data using EMR and Google Drive
• Maintains relationships with medical providers and enforces clinic policies
• Ensures lab results and patient matters are followed up
• Participates in hiring, training, and performance reviews
• Schedules and approves staff time and assignments
• Leads workflow coordination for clinic shifts
• Keeps Director of Clinic Services informed of progress and issues
• Performs other duties as assigned
